The best of the best! I pretty much tried to “ bulletproof” this winch build because of using a more budget friendly winch (Smittybilt 10k).

I upgraded ALL the wiring to 00/02AWG marine grade, upgraded the remote on/off to a toggle waterproof, inline kill switch and the Carbon Offroad 600A 12v.

Everything has to come to this solenoid to make it work and that it does! I searched all over for the best, most durable and proven solenoid on the market.

Everything from reviews and specifications put the Carbon 600A 12v as the #1 to get.

This is not a compliant because the new solenoid works a treat but it is a slightly different shape and size to the old one which made it impossible to fit the remote control sensor back inside the solenoid cover. Cheers Tony
